INTENTS is a single-page planning board built for one specific kind of day: too many inputs, not enough working memory. Instead of asking you to plan the day each morning and hope it holds, it's built to catch things as they land (mid-meeting, mid-panic, mid-anything) with zero setup cost, so you can sort them out later when your brain is actually available.

How it works

• Capture instantly: type it, hit Add, move on. Flag it must-do-today only if you need to.
• Five 2-hour time blocks (7am–5pm) plus an Inbox and Unscheduled lane, so your day has shape without forcing a rigid schedule.
• Escalating urgency: must-do cards pulse harder as the workday runs out (calm → gentle → medium → strong), so nothing quietly slips through.
• Drag-and-drop or tap-to-act, everywhere: every drag gesture has a tap equivalent, so it works as well with a mouse as with a thumb.
• Notes that link to one or many cards: jot context down once, attach it wherever it's relevant.
• Delegation tracking: hand something off and it moves to a Waiting On lane that survives across days until resolved; things assigned to you stay visible, tagged with who asked.
• Archive with memory: finished cards (and their notes) tuck away into a searchable, restorable archive.
• Export / Import: carry your board between devices with a single JSON file. No account, no server, no sync required.
• Built-in tutorial: walks you through the whole board the first time you open it.

Runs entirely in your browser. Works on desktop, tablet, phone (portrait or landscape), and Steam Deck. Nothing to install, nothing leaves your device. Your data lives in local browser storage.

Good to know

• Your board lives in this browser only. It doesn't sync automatically between devices. Use Export/Import to carry a snapshot from one device to another.
• Clearing your browser's site data will erase your board, since there's no cloud backup. Export regularly if that matters to you.
• Built for one person's day at a time. There's no multi-user sharing or real-time collaboration.
